What is a cheater, you ask? Cheaters are any sites that:

• Redirect - They send you somewhere besides where you thought you were going.
• Use misleading text in their links.
• Try to install spyware, malware, scumware, underwear (well, maybe not that) or any other kind of stuff you don't want on your PC
• Spawn pop-up windows.
• Try to send you to a dialer.
• Have links on their thumbnails that go to a paysite instead of the picture or movie clip you were expecting.
  

Although all of the sites are as carefully reviewed as possible before they are listed, and the vast majority of the webmasters
that build the sites are honest as the day is long, there are always asswipes out there trying to find ways to cheat the system.
